Yannis Pappas

Yannis Pappas and his writing have been featured on television networks such as VH1’s Best Week Ever, BET, National Lampoon Live and Comedy Central. He was featured on tour with Donnell Rawlings and Charlie Murphy on the nation-wide Chappelle’s Show cast, “I’m Rich Bitch” comedy tour. He currently performs standup comedy as a headliner in clubs and colleges all over the world. His character Mr. Panos has been featured on television in Greece and Cyprus.
Yannis is becoming known as one of the most powerful and exciting stand up comedians working today. Yannis is afraid of chemical stimulates and can often be heard raising his voice. He graduated from the American University in Washington D.C. where he majored in History and American Studies with a minor in Literature. He acknowledged that this only qualified him for a high school diploma. Being funny is really the only thing he is good at, no matter what his mother might say.
